An Update On The Boys

The boys had a joint Drs. appointment yesterday. Marce was there for a Hep shot and a weight check. He was in the 4th percentile for weight when he turned 2 and that's when they told me of the tofu I could put in his smoothies. I've also been using the vitadrink from Arbonne in his smoothies and he is now 15 percent for weight. They didn't check his height. It was Phoenix' 2 month appt. and his weight and height were the same as last time, so he's still huge. He got 5 or 6 shots. One was an oral shot, and the others they combined into 3 pokes, which is still a lot. I felt bad of course. I let Marcelus pick a toy out at Walmart afterwards because he did much better with his shot than previous times, of course I don't think he knew what was coming at all. I had Sharrid hold him and I had him turn his head and look at me right when they poked him. He started crying but got over it quickly. At least that's better than wrestling and pinning him down on the table...Anyway, Phoenix' next appt. is at 4 months. which is the end of Sep.

This is rare because Marce is so much bigger than Phoenix right now, but the boys playing together...(and they are BOTH happy about it!)

Marcelus picked out this Buzz at Walmart. I'm surprised he even knew who it was. We don't have the Toy Story movies.
