Do Not Get In The Loop!!

I feel sorry for anyone who has Qwest! We have Qwest, and I've been feeling sorry for myself for months!! Next week I am switching internet providers probably to Maricopa Broadband. I've gotten a recommendation from a good friend and I am sick of our internet connection being lost on us. We have to restart our computer Sooo many times, it's ridiculous. Sharrid was working on homework for a few hours this morning when it cut out on him, he was just about to turn the finished assignment in. I felt so bad for him cause it's his last week of school and he's stressed enough about getting all his work and labs in. All of what I said is not even the worst part about it. Everytime I've tried calling them for my problems, they don't even know who I am and can't even find my info. We do not have phone through them which is your account number apparently (phone number) so basically we have no identity with them because we don't have a phone number through them. That's funny because I get my bill every month and pay it every month. Makes me wonder how they can accept my money but can't figure out who I am when I call for a problem...we spend an hour trying different numbers on my stub to see what my account number is when we haven't even dealt with the problem at hand which is that my internet connection sucks, needless to say we've been VERY patient with them over the year we've had them but I am done! ANYTHING has to be better than Qwest! I wish Cox was in Maricopa but they aren't...if you have Qwest, I am sure you can relate to this post! Do NOT get in the loop! I HATE Qwest!
