Unexpected change of plans...

If you have not read my previous post called "A little reluctant" (just a few ago) you might get lost here in this one, but for those that have:

So of course we had planned to do a couple errands on Tuesday a couple of which were give blood at the clinic for my appt. and go to the Temple.(Connie was going to watch Marce) Also I had to make a pic appt. at Target for Marce and go get a few grocery's at Walmart...

Here's how our day went though, we got up, made a quick breakfast, got dressed in church clothes. I sat on the bed for like 20 minutes talking to Sharrid (OK OK...and crying...don't ask) and then we get up to go and I couldn't believe it but my tail bone was killing me. It's the worst it had been and on the Temple day! AAAHH, and I was pissed cause it had only been I swear just 20 minutes sitting on my bed, it's a real firm mattress but come on, give me a break...anyway, we go, and do Target first. Marce's appt. is on March 25th and I can't wait, I'll post in April when I get them back, and Mother you will be getting some real ones! Then we decided to just do the blood and get it over with. I found out at the blood place that I wasn't just giving a random vile of blood. It was my 28 week Glucose test they wanted! I had only today to get it done before my appt next Tues. so we were not going to be able to go to the Temple...Saved, Saved by the Orange Glucose drink!! just kidding, I was kind of annoyed, but knew I needed to do it. I guess I missed that at the dr. when they told me (if they told me!) it would be this test. Anyway I stayed there, drank what seemed like a huge bottle of the orange drink and sat for an hour waiting to give the blood. Meanwhile Shar and Marce went over to Walgreens for a couple things....I told them to go to the park and be back in 45 minutes....walgreens...park...whatever, anyway they come back right about the time I am not feeling so great. I wasn't so much feeling like I was going to pass out (I have a history of doing that when I don't eat) but I was so full with that orange drink, it was a little overwhelming, but they called me back, and I got to lay down to give me big 3 viles! (the girl asked if I was ok, I prob. looked like crap, so I got to lay down in the back room) I didn't pass out at all, but ate some Goldfish before I got up, then we left there and decided to go to Connie's anyway to let the kids play and visit. It was fun, we even stayed for dinner and got to spend some time with her and Peter. The kids had a good time as always and Levi was the cutest thing ever of course. Connie and I had a fun time talking about our old Track days...I don't know how we got on about it but it was fun, she told me about all the records she broke. She was much better than I was but it was a lot of fun to remember. I'm so glad I have a video camera. I would have liked to see her break those records and a lot of other things us kids did growing up. My parents had one starting when I was in prob. 7th grade or so but we need to transfer the tapes so we can watch them! But, mostly my siblings and I just have to remember these things. I had Connie take a couple pregnancy pictures of me as it's been a while. I am now going to be 28 weeks on Monday! I carry so low huh? Sometimes I wish I didn't. And, I always feel bigger than I look in pictures, I hate that! Anyway we eventually left Connie's and stopped by Walmart for a few things and headed home.

It was probably providencial that you didn't go to the temple. Sharrid may just have to go without you. Maybe the Lord was saving your tailbone for you as much as you need from here on out. Glad you guys still had fun with Connie and Peter.
