100 Things About Sharrid...by Lexie

1. Sharrid is the 3rd of 4 boys-he also has a step sister and step brother, but have only met them a couple times.
2. Sharrid is a very easy going, kind of quiet guy, but he told me that he was a mouthy, attitude kid/teen.
3. He grew up in L.A. and in Stockton CA.
4. He and his brothers used to roam the streets looking for odd jobs to do for money.
5. While trying to pump gas at a gas station (for money) about 8-10 yrs. old, the manager and Shar got into a fight. Shar got hit in the back of the elbow with a mop stick. His arm cracks really loud now.
6. There was a shooting at Sharrid's grade school one year. I think a kid got shot and Michael Jackson came to their school to talk with the kids.
7. Sharrid hates smoking, people smoking around him. He thinks it's gross.
8. Sharrid really doesn't know how to swim. He's stubborn about really learning.
9. Sharrid can carry a tune well and has a nice sounding voice. If he learned a part, he could sing it. I can tell he has potential in singing parts.
10. Shar is 6'8", has always been tall, even though there's no one in his family who is esp. tall.
11. Shar planned to red shirt for UNLV B-ball, but decided to go on a mission instead, Rio Brazil.
12. Sharrid's dad would not let him play Basketball in High School.
13. Shar doesn't like to watch sports on TV usually. I think it makes him sad and a little jealous.
14. Sharrid loves Science and would love to teach Chemistry or Sciences for a career.
15. Shar is very economic,...cheap I call it. He's frugal though, but not in little situations, more like bigger ones, like cars.
16. Shar loves food and can eat a lot!

18. Shar would like to go hiking for a hobby.
19. Shar will start talking to me about a subject (like politics) or recall a story that has nothing to do with anything, just out of the blue.
20. At one time in College, Sharrid almost went into the Airforce, but he couldn't pass do to some bodily disfunctions, read below.
21. Sharrid cannot do certain things with his body that other people can like, touch his shoulders (I always have to put his collar down in the back), he cannot sit on his knees (like to pray), he cannot sit Indian Style, stuff like that.
22. Shar has been baptized for 10 years.
23. Shar hates shopping, unless it was for something he really wanted and had the money for.

25. Shar is an extremly hard worker, he is not lazy.
26. Shar is slow, in almost everything he does, slow moving, slow talking, ...slow. I've gotten more used to this but Shar says it's because he would break things or accidentally hurt someone if he was faster.
27. Shar gets road rage, and he will still be talking about someone he was mad at on the road after we're home. He is a really good driver though, and I feel completely safe with him. He has a perfect driving record.
28. Sharrid is pretty independant, not Rep. not Dem.
29. Shar talks about Politics sometimes and it's always about giving jobs to overseas, or illegals in our country (border patrol)
30. Shar teases me about the house not being clean, but then he'll have all his stuff laying around. And trash 2 inches from the trash can, things not put away. I guess he's more of a clean freak than a neat freak.
31. Sharrid hung out with the College football players and basketball players at UNLV, including Shawn Marion and Lamar Odem.
32. Sharrid has no idea where his mom is and hasn't seen her in years,...thanks to his dad...
33. Shar's dad doesn't want anything to do with him, he returns our mail and hangs up on the phone,....we have no idea why...
34. Shar is a scriptorian, he really knows his scriptures, and I always nudge him in Sunday School when there's a hard question no one knows, cause I know he knows.
35. Shar always talks about buying a bike to ride to work, or a motorcycle...to save on gas. ha ha
36. Shar's favorite color is Blue...go figure.
37. Sharrid is very street smart, he is not naive.
38. Sharrid is very smart in Mechanics, Engineering, Math, and Science.
39. Shar communicates terribly.
40. Shar's dream car is a new Chevy Silverado Truck, ext. cab, long bed. in bright Jet Blue.

42. Shar falls asleep when he says his prayers (personal) about 80% of the time. I always find him on his knees kneeling over the bed...sleeping.
43. Shar wants to raise a farm as a family.
44. Shar is very old fashioned, our kids will probably hate it!
45. Shar has very little hair on his legs and arms, and none on his back!
46. Shar has huge ankle bones!
47. Shar dresses for comfort and really has no sense of style, thank goodness for marriage, the men are saved!

49. Shar brushes his teeth for like 15 minutes. No exageration.

52. Sharrid likes to sing Hymns out of his Hymn book, just at home, no piano,. no problem. He just opens the book as if he's going to read, and then starts singing the songs...
53. Sharrid does not fit into certain cars.
54. Shar likes Butter Pecan ice cream prob. the best, after Ben & Jerry's.

56. Sharrid can imitate voices very very well. He can do so many people and it really amazes me, and every time he does someone new, I still can't believe it. He also can do pretty much any accent very well. This is my favorite hidden talent of Shar's. It keeps me entertained.
57. Sharrid can bark like a dog in a very realistic way to where there is no difference between Shar,...and a blood thirsty Rot Whiler...just ask my family. It's cool to hear.
58. Sharrid is quiet and shy at first with people, actually for a long time. I'm still wondering when he will open up more with even my family.
59. Sharrid has a tender heart and gets his feelings hurt easily, he's sensitive.
60. Sharrid says that he cannot physically cry, he hasn't for years and doesn't know why, I have never seen him cry. He says he wishes he could sometimes.
61. Shar likes to watch the News, modern marvels, history channel, discovery channel, those types of things.

He has a quilty conscious, he's too hard on himself sometimes, but with other things not so much, for instance he has a hard time forgiving himself for something he did years ago, but then he claims that "hell" and "damn" aren't considered bad words to him...I only thing words are ok to say if you use them for the correct meaning, but if you add them as fillers, they are bad words to me.
63. Sharrid is kind of a germ freak. He washes the tub out before he takes a bath every time.
64. Sharrid makes great time on the road.
65. Sharrid is a horrible gift giver, not that he gives bad gifts but that he doesn't give them in the first place. He doesn't even think about it. I am trying to get over this but for me it's really hard. I wish he got better, maybe he will.
66. Sharrid does all favors that I ask him to do right away as long as they are for me, rub my back, get me a drink, ect. He dotes over me. But, if I ask him to take the laundry into the L. room, if he does it, it takes him a while, or I end up doing it...
67. Shar will wear anything I buy him. He might complain a little bit at first but then he doesn't, and he wears it. I do all his clothes shopping now.
68. Sharrid is loyal to the job/companies he works for. He usually develops a belief/support in them.
69. Sharrid tends to be negative or skeptical towards things.
70. Shar loves to play with Marcelus, he truly does, and is good at it. Marce loves it just as much.
71. Shar would like to work and live in a small town, but doesn't mind living in a bigger town or city either.
72. Shar wears a size 16 shoe. He cannot buy shoes out of a store, maybe Ross or Nordstrom Rack...
73. Shar hates traffic and commuting.
74. Shar would love to own his own business or restruant someday.

77. Sharrid has horrible handwriting. It's really hard to read.
78. Shar is sad he lost his wedding ring. And he wishes I would wear mine, but I told him not to get me one. I'm not a ring person, I'll hand it down to a grand daughter or something though...
79. Shar has this thing for water conservation. He thinks we shouldn't have any grass in the desert and no waterfalls and stuff. I guess he thinks were running out of water. I could care less and would die if I never saw any grass! That's what makes the desert tolerable.
80. Shar has no ethics as far as food is concerned. If I eat out and bring my left overs home and put it in the fridge, he will eat it, unless I specifically tell him, "don't eat this, it's mine." ...he still might eat it. He has no food ethics. One time a someone brought us both over a peice of cheesecake, his peice was bigger and he still ate his and most of mine...
81. Shar didn't really know how to kiss when we got married, I had to teach him...ha ha
82. Shar doesn't like his clothes to be holey or distressed. He is very 90's prep almost, clean, bright colors, and no holes,...but since I dress him now, too bad! no 90's!
83. Shar likes to take baths but feels sorry for himself and I feel sorry too cause he does not fit in the bath well.
84. Shar doesn't really need a lot of attention, but gets so much of it wherever we go it seems.
85. Shar gets bored a lot out side of our home but doesn't initiate anything either.
86. Sharrid pretty much slept the whole time I was in labor with Marce. He woke up to see him born and cut the cord. He'd been working all day.
87. Sharrid keeps his old text books and manuals, not like he'll ever use them again.
88. Shar wants to have a girl, he has since we got married...sorry babe
89. Sharrid really likes to have a calling, I kind of like not having one.
90. Once in a while he will drop down and do like 20 push ups, just out of the blue...
91. Shar hates poor craftmanship.
92. He loves to work on cars but he gets frustrated with his big hands.
93. Shar doesn't like the heat, he would rather live in the cold.
94. Sharrid agreed to wax his eyebrows with me when we first got married, but he said it hurt too much that he didn't want to do it again...wimp. He looked really good waxed!
95. Sharrid has to be told to share his food with Marcelus. He's stingy with food, when he knows he can just go back for more when it's gone.
96. Sharrid is a Corrections Officer.
97. Sharrid graduated in 96. I had just completed the 6th grade.
98. Sharrid would love to work in the Temple if he had time.
99. Sharrid uses rags to wash in the shower. This was weird to me. No one in my family ever used rags in the shower.
100. Sharrid has little patience.
