Ok first of all, just wanted you to know for those that are waiting, the recipes are still coming!! Sorry about that but this week for sure!
Next, I have decided most likely to not get a baby carrier. They are not as cheap as I thought they were, but if I do get one, they had a handful at my local second hand store Duderbugs I posted about below, so maybe I'd get one then.
Third, here is where I need your comments...How much is a sound machine and where can I buy one? I have no idea what they look like or anything but I want to give it a try, and if it doesn't work for Marce I will shut the door. (still with the sound machine), I will prob. use it regardless to have it so the boys don't hear each other as much as they would without it...so where can I get one?

You can get one online or maybe at Babies r us. If I were you I would stut the door regarless of whether you get a sound machine. A sound machine might not start keeping Marce in his room, it just might help with the noise situation when Phoenix wakes up in the night. I'd start shutting the door asap so he can get used to it. Otherwise, you might have the situation you are trying to avoid anyway. Why are you hesitant to shut the door?
I did say I was going to shut the door regardless. didn't I? well, if I didn't, that's what I meant. I was going to get the sound machine first so he could get used to both at the same time before I have to change his routine again, but maybe I won't...
I was confused cause you said that if the sound machine doesn't work, then you will shut the door. You could also always use a clock radio and tune it so static on AM. That would probably be just as good.
yeah I've heard the radio thing but I think it would just confuse Marce because he usually has songs on to go to bed, he would wonder why I wasn't "fixing" it and putting his songs on...so if I did a sound machine I guess I'd do another souns. I don't even know what the sounds are or what a sound machine "sounds" like...
The one I like is sold at Babies R Us. It is made by DEX baby products, it is called Sound Sleeper. It costs $19.99. It has lots of sounds to choose from. I used it with all three of my kids and it has been great. I got it to block out the noise from passing cars on our street. This sound machine works great and I still use it to this day. I actually own two! The volume has a nice range, it can has a plug for every day use and also takes batteries for travel use. I hope this helps. Ü
here is a link if you want to check it out online.

FYI: if you read some of the comments about the Sound Sleeper, Just so you know, it has a Demo Mode and a Normal mode, for some reason there are people out there that can't figure out how to move the switch from demo mode to normal mode, and so they think it doesn't work, so they left a negative comment. I am sure if you get it, you won't have any problems knowing how to use it. Ü
I've seen some at Target near the pharmacy, by the shampoo and stuff. I think it was called a Sound Spa...it made white noise, ocean waves, rain, etc.
It cost $25.
I'm in the process of looking for one on ebay too. I think you can find some for $10 on there.
