Day 2: A cover song you like better than the original...and my picks are...
I grew up on the Carpenters and love Karen. She was an awesome drummer and such a great vocalist. Her voice was effortless and this is THE best version of the song to this day in my opinion. It has been done over a lot by many artists, but this is definitley my favorite recording of it.
This is a great cover by Sixpense but a lame video. Check out the song though.
One of my very favorite rap songs, and yes, so many of the great rap/hip hop songs are covers of older songs, which I think is fun. And by the way, I pretty much know all the words to this song...I'm pretty good at rapping :)
