Catch Up

I've started a blog now. It will take me awhile to get the hang of it so bear with me. The latest Hill family news right now is as follows:

Sharrid is getting ready to start a new job as a Prison Guard. He starts training on the 18th for 9 whole weeks. We will only see him on weekends until training is over. He plans to get back into school as soon as possible after training. He is currently serving in the Sunday School presidency as a counselor.

Lexie is at home everyday with Marcelus. She is pregnant, about 12 weeks along. The due date is June 2nd, and the sex will probably be determined around New Year, hoping for a shy, mellow girl who is a good sleeper. She loves going to church, especially Relief Society and the activities. She is starting to make new friends and acquaintances here in Maricopa. She loves to get out and shop when she can. Running errands is a treat. She usually is reading a book and working on projects.

Marcelus is now almost 22 months. He is a strong boy. He loves to take baths and go to Nursery at church. His favorite movie right now is Peter Pan. He is very defiant and has no problem acting up for mommy and receiving time outs as a result. He's got quite a big attitude for a toddler. He loves to push the envelope sometimes. He loves to be outside on walks or the playground. He loves to play in the sand and get it all over in his hair and clothes. He is not afraid of heights or anything for that matter. He loves going new places and seeing new things. Marcelus is getting used to his toddler bed now but is trying to scratch naps altogether.
