Cleanin' Out My Camera

As a family lately we have been spending some of our free time at the DI. I hear that during the great depression people found emotional relief and de- stressors in movies, dancing, and games. I guess you could say the DI is our de-stressor. We've gone about 3 times since the New Year. This last time we found this train set. So, for a few bucks, Marcelus is in heaven! There were 2 engines, 4 train cars, and a whole lot of track! Sharrid actually said that he bought this exact train set as a kid. The box was hammered and said 1986 on it. It's sometimes a little advanced for Marce and he gets frustrated sometimes but other than that it's great. The track reaches across our whole house.

Hey Willard kids, do any of you remember this? I paid a couple bucks for it and all the pieces are there, except for 1 of 4 car pieces, but someone can use a penny. We'll have to play it next time were all together.This has nothing to do with anything but THESE ARE GOOD!! Both of my kids love these to snack on and I love it as cereal. It is healthier than most too. We ate the whole box in one day. I'm dying for some more!

Sunday night while making dinner I put Phoenix in his seat to eat snacks (he's doing really well at eating all kinds of snacks) and I totally forgot about him, until I saw this and had to get a picture. Phoenix has been super clingy when we're at home. He chases me everywhere and drags my pants down (as pictured) It is so annoying!

Marce loves his new Thomas pajamas that a friend gave to him.

AND..........this is what I discovered after I'd heard a little bit too much noise the other night in the other room. I was mad, it took forever to organize again!

I also want to say that in some of my New Year goals I have not been able to pull it together - YET.......But, in others I am doing excellent! We have not been late to church at all since the New Year, Marcelus and I have reading time on the couch every night, and I'm consistently reading the BOM every night before bed. I'm even getting to bed earlier (one of my goals), so things are going fairly well
